How we support you
Sunflower Employment Supports passionately believes everyone has the right to work and access services and supports to achieve their unique employment goals. We will work with you to develop a plan that details your goals and how we will achieve them. We then get to work.

We will support you with:

Designing and creating a resume that highlights your unique skills and objectives

Submitting job applications, writing covering emails and letters that sell your skillset.

Interview coaching, preparation and video interview recording.

Liaising, advocating & working with multiple employers in your chosen industry and field of work.

Support you with on-the-job training and how to build positive relationships in the work place.

Support you to understand your superannuation, tax and Centrelink rights and obligations.

Support you to be mobile, access public transport and/or work towards your drivers licence.

Support you to set up a professional email account and mobile phone voicemail.

Support you with the transition into employment

Support you with continued growth, goal setting, financial planning and what the next steps are for you, such as continued education or increasing your work hours.

Reporting your progress and achievements to the NDIS and your team of supports.

Provide you with many other tools, tips, resources & training on how you can succeed in your career.
